When I work, I see into my subject in a way that transforms me; It’s a learning and a spiritual experience. I translate what i see into a language of paint or line, hoping to fully reveal the essence of the subject. It gives me energy and a feeling of fulfillment.

    Each artist has his own special interest. Nature and people capture and focus my attention and give me valuable insights. I have a natural tendency to paint many of my subjects larger than life. Im also drawn to reflections and to patterns created by extreme light. Some of my work, describing inner visions, appears more abstract. I have a deep appreciation of beauty and mystery of life. I want to invite the viewer into my world and allow him to see and experience as i do.
